It’s normal to have a few hardware pieces left over after assembly. We include extras for your convenience.

Step 1

  • Assemble on box or other smooth surface to prevent scratching.

Step 1 - Locate posts 1 and 6. Stand upright

  • Locate Post 1 (P-1) and Post 6 (P-6) and stand posts upright.

Step 2

Step 2 Ensure hole in board A is facing down.

  • Insert (1) Top Board (A BRD111) into channels of Post 1 (P-1) and Post 6 (P-6).
  • Ensure that the hole on Top Board (A BRD111) is facing down. Follow with (2) Plastic Spacers (R), one on each side.

Step 3

Step 3 insert slats (A) into posts (B) using spacers (R)

  • Insert (7) Wood Boards (B BRD082) followed by (14) Plastic Spacers (R), one on each side.
  • Insert (1) Top Board (A BRD111) lastly to finish off the panel.

Step 4

Step 4 screw boards and posts together using M screws

  • Insert (8) ⅝" Self-Drilling Screws (M) into pre-drilled holes in channels of Post 1 (P-1) and Post 6 (P-6) to secure Top Boards (A BRD111).

Step 5

Step 5 Stand posts

  • Locate Post 2 (P-2) and Post 4 (P-4) and stand posts upright.
  • Assemble on box or other smooth surface to prevent scratching.

Step 6

Step 6 Place boards ensuring hole on board D is facing down,

  • Set (1) Middle Board (D BRD113) between Post 2 (P-2) and Post 4 (P-4) and secure using (4) ⅝" Self-Drilling Screws (M).
  • Ensure that the hole on Middle Board (D BRD113) is facing down.

Step 7

Step 7 Place middle board (D) into rails

  • Set (1) Middle Board (D BRD113) between Post 2 (P-2) and Post 4 (P-4) and secure using (4) ⅝" Self-Drilling Screws (M).

  • Ensure that the hole on Middle Board (D BRD113) is flush with the bracket while screwing into place.

Step 8

  • Assemble on box or other smooth surface to prevent scratching.

AZ18045 Step 8 Find Post 3 and Post 5, stand

  • Locate Post 3 (P-3) and Post 5 (P-5) and stand posts upright.

Step 9

AZ18045 Step 9 Insert Boards (A) and use spacers (B)

  • Insert (1) Top Board (A BRD111) into channels of Post 3 (P-3) and Post 5 (P-5).
  • Ensure that the hole on Top Board (A BRD111) is facing down. Follow with (2) Plastic Spacers (R), one on each side.

Step 10

AZ18045 Step 10 Insert boards A and B and use spacers R

  • Insert (7) Wood Boards (B BRD082) followed by (14) Plastic Spacers (R), one on each side.
  • Insert (1) Top Board (A BRD111) lastly to finish off the panel.

Step 11

AZ18045 Step 11 Screw into place using (M)

  • Insert (8) ⅝" Self-Drilling Screws (M) into pre-drilled holes in channels of Post 3 (P-3) and Post 5 (P-5) to secure Top Boards (A BRD111).

Step 12

AZ18045 Step 12 Place board A into post 1

  • Start with Post 1 (P-1) and Post 6 (P-6) panel.
  • Slide (1) Top Board (A BRD111) into Post 1 (P-1) bracket.

Step 13

AZ18045 Step 13 Slide Posts into place

  • Lower Post 2 (P-2) bracket onto opposite end of Top Board (A BRD111).

Step 14

AZ18045 Step 14 Insert board A

  • Insert (1) Top Board (A BRD111) into upper brackets of Post 1 (P-1) and Post 2 (P-2).

Step 15

AZ18045 Step 15 Screw Using M into place

  • Insert (8) ⅝" Self-Drilling Screws (M) into pre-drilled holes in brackets of Post 1 (P-1) and Post 2 (P-2) to secure Top Boards (A BRD111).
  • This will connect panels with Posts 1 & 6 and Posts 2 & 4.

Step 16

AZ18045 Step 16 Insert Board C and Screw with M

  • Slide (1) Front Bridge Board (C BRD112) into shorter brackets of Post 4 (P-4) and Post 6 (P-6).
  • Insert (4) ⅝" Self-Drilling Screws (M) into pre-drilled holes to secure Front Bridge Board (C BRD112).

  • Slide (1) Front Bridge Board (C BRD112) into shorter bracket of Post 4 (P-4).
  • Slide (1) Top Board (A BRD111) into bracket of Post 2 (P-2).

Step 18

  • Lower Post 3 (P-3) and Post 5 (P-5) brackets onto Top Board (A BRD111) and Front Bridge (C BRD112).

Step 19

AZ18045 Step 19 Place boards as shown, screw with (M)

  • Slide (1) Top Board (A BRD111) into brackets between Post 3 (P-3) and Post 4 (P-4).
  • Insert (8) ⅝" Self-Drilling Screws (M) into pre-drilled holes in brackets to secure Top Boards (A BRD111).

Step 20

AZ18045 Step 20 Screw as shown

  • Insert (4) ⅝" Self-Drilling Screws (M) into pre-drilled holes in brackets from the inside to secure Front Bridge (C BRD112).

Step 21

AZ18045 Step 21 Use corner spacers as shown, screw in place

  • Attach (9) Corner Braces (F ACC140) as shown using (18) 1⅜" Wood Screws (I).
  • You will use 2 screws per corner brace to secure.

Step 22

AZ18045 Step 22 Use spacer G and screw using I as shown

  • Attach (3) Inside Corner Braces (G ACC141) as shown using (6) 1⅜" Wood Screws (I).
  • You will use 2 screws per inside corner brace to secure.

AZ18045 Step 22 Flip unit

  • With assistance, carefully flip your unit on it's feet.

Step 23

AZ18045 Step 23 Attach hardware (W) with (J) screws

  • Install (2) Gate Stops (W) using (4) ⅝" Wood Screws (J) as shown.
  • Ensure that the edge is flush to the top of the wood.

Step 24

AZ18045 Step 24 predrill holes and screw brackets into place

  • Place (2) Bottom Bridges (U) between posts as shown and use the Drill Bit (Z-2) to pre-drill holes into the posts.
  • Ensure that the Bottom Bridges (U) are sitting flush inside of your front post channels.

Step 25

AZ18045 Step 25 Screw brackets using (L) screws

  • Insert (8) ½" Self-Drilling Screws (L) into the pre-drilled holes to secure the Bottom Bridges (U) to the posts.

Step 26

  • Assemble on box or other smooth surface to prevent scratching.

AZ18045 Step 26 Find part V, stand frame

  • Locate (2) Gate Frames (V) and stand upright.

Step 27

AZ18045 Step 28 insert boards B, E, and space with R

  • Insert (1) Wood Board (B BRD082) into channels of Gate Frames (V).
  • Follow with (2) Plastic Spacers (R), one on each side.
  • Slide each piece down as far as it will go in the channel.

Step 28

AZ18045 Step 29 Apply slight pressure when screwing, repeat

  • Insert (7) Wood Boards (B BRD082) followed by (14) Plastic Spacers (R), one on each side.
  • Insert (1) Gate Door Bottom Board (E BRD114) lastly to finish off the gate panel.
  • Alternate boards and plastic spacers, finishing with Gate Door Bottom Board (E BRD114).

Step 29

AZ18045 Step 30 Apply slight pressure when screwing, repeat

  • Apply slight pressure and insert (8) ⅝" Self-Drilling Screws (M) into pre-drilled holes as shown.
  • Repeat steps 26-29 to create second gate.

  • Ensure the four holes on Gate Door Bottom Board (E BRD113) are on the bottom inside Front Post (P-4).

  • Ensure your gate is flush with Front Bridge Board (C BRD112).
  • Use Gate Stopper (W) to help hold gate standing up.
  • Place (2) Gate Wood Spacers (H) under your gate as shown.

Step 32

  • Using your hinge as a template, pre-drill 6 holes on the side of your gate with the included Drill Bit (Z-2) as shown.

  • Secure the hinges to the Gate Frame (V) using (6) 1" Self-Tapping Screws (K).

  • Ensure your gate's flush with the top of your unit by lowering or raising the Caster Wheel (S) by using Wrench (Z-1)

  • If the wheel is not contacting the ground, use one hand to hold the bottom portion of the caster while rotating the wrench until the wheel firmly contacts the ground

AZ18045 Step 38 Use parts T and T-1 as shown, repeat

  • Warning: Handle carefully so as not to pinch fingers.

A: Open gates & apply magnets

  • Apply in the center of the C channel using the tape provided

B: Close gates & apply pressure

C: Secure in place

AZ18045 Let sit for 72 hours for max adhesion
